Inspection and diagnosis of the boiler, identification of the fault, repair or replacement of faulty components, system testing and safety checks before returning to service.

When you need it. The boiler won't fire up, produces no heat, makes unusual noises, leaks water, or shows error codes on the display.

Before you get in touch. Note the boiler make and model, check if the pilot light is on, and confirm the last service date if known.

Immediate response to locate the source of the leak, isolate the water supply, make emergency repairs or temporary fixes, and advise on permanent solutions.

When you need it. Water is actively dripping or spraying from pipes, joints, radiators or under floors, or pooling in cupboards or ceilings.

Before you get in touch. Locate and switch off the main water stopcock if possible to limit water damage while help is on the way.

Design and layout of the system, installation of boiler and pipework, fitting of radiators and controls, commissioning, balancing and safety testing of the complete installation.

When you need it. The home has no heating system, the existing system is unreliable or outdated, or a new extension needs connection to heating.

Before you get in touch. Measure room dimensions, identify preferred radiator locations, and gather any plans or specifications of the property.

Removal of old suite, pipework adaptation and new pipe runs, installation of bath, shower, toilet and basin, wall and floor tiling, sealing, and commissioning of water and drainage.

When you need it. The bathroom suite is old, damaged or no longer fits requirements, or a new bathroom is being added to the property.

Before you get in touch. Have chosen the suite and finishes, measured the space, and confirmed the location of existing water and waste pipes.

Repair or replacement of taps, stopcocks and valves, fixing leaking pipes and joints, installation of new supply lines, and resolving issues with water pressure or flow.

When you need it. A tap drips constantly, water pressure is low, a pipe is visible corrosion, or new appliances need water connection.
